This is my niece's cake completed. She was born prematurely 2 years ago and is the only little girl grandchild on my side of the family. I cannot help but consider her a true Princess. I wanted to give a nod to both her December birthday (we celebrate it when the family is in on Thanksgiving) as well as her pure "girlishness." She is a beautiful, darling girl and I love the opportunity to make her cakes!
