Pink Daisies

8" and 6" WASC torted and filled with alternating strawberry puree and chocolate ganache, then iced in SMBC and ganache. I made this for my moms birthday and she didn't want it to be cut because she liked it so much-this is deffinately one of my favorites so far. it was very yummy too! thanks jenwhitlock for the inspiration. TFL!
