This is the cake I made for our 40th wedding anniversary. We didn't have a big celebration, just dinner with family & friends, but I wanted a cake. It is 10" contoured top dark chocolate cake with peanut butter BC filling & frosting. The flowers & leaves are sugarpaste mixed with tylose & cream of tartar. I placed them on a hexagon mirror & it was pretty. I purposely left the tails standing out from the piped balls .TFL
