A 1st birthday cake for a darling little friend of mine. Two tier, white cake with strawberry buttecream, covered in MMF. This was actually my first ever Cake Diaster - I ended up having to re-cover the whole top tier because I was so unhappy with the original job I did. I don't think it turned out too badly in the end, but definitely a learning experiencing. Practice makes perfect, right?? Happy Baking, Geordie xx
