This was my first post-graduation cake. Five tiers, five flavors, 272 servings. I was so proud!

the flavors were cheesecake flavored white cake (god bless instant pudding) devils food, strawberry and butter cake. Thanks.

Shenyd, yeah, my photo was lousy, sorry. the sides are scrollworked. Thank goodness for Wilton press kits! And the monogram is piped melting chocolate. I waited for them to dry for a few days, then attached them to popsticks with more melted chocolate.

What did you put on the sides? Scrollwork? Cornelli lace? It's a little difficult to see. The cake is beautiful. How did you do the monograms?
