The puppy was made to look like the child's favorite stuff animal. It is made from RKT and covered with fondant. The leis is gumpaste and I used a rose cutter. The surfboard is 23" long. I put a 9x13 and 9x9 together, carved, covered with fondant and then airbrushed. The sand is crushed Nilla Waffers and brown sugar. The shells are white chocolate.The water is buttercream.
