Three tier square coconut cake. Pans used are 6, 10, &14. This is my first big cake! What a nerve racker to flip the 16"!! I used Macs Moms cocnut wasc with a few tweaks due to lack of ingredients available in area. Filled with white chocolate raspberry ganache!! YUM!! And went crazy making all the white choclate shells!
