Anniversary cake made for a client who wanted something in Red & White, the only request he asked for was a bow. Italian wedding cake with creamcheese buttercream covered in fondant. Fondant bow dryed each piece overnight, attached to a fondant ball glued with royal frosting. The number 4 was also made in fondant, "painted" with duster mixed with clear vanilla extract.
