Though a simple design, this cake was challenging because of the size--each ring was a 2-layer, 10-in round cake. The thing weighed a TON, and I was SO nervous that it would shift around while I was delivering, but it was fine. Not so happy with the green ring--it's totally not round, but overall I think it's pretty good.
