This is a cake I made for my nephew for a school football banquet @Marshall School to thank all the coaches. The football and helmet are chocolate fudge cake with chocolate butttercream icing and the helmet is covered in fondant, the jersey is fondant. The cake the hemet is sitting on is white cake with white buttercream icing.The chocolate cakes have chocolate ganache and the white cake has white chocolate ganache for the filling. The guards on the helmet is made from flower wire and covered in fondant. I hope they like it.
