Chocolate cake covered in fondant. The ballerina is 50/50 fondant and tylose. A huge thanks to a CC member who gave me the idea for the ballerina (her's was much better!) sorry i didn't write down your name. Only the 4th person I've made and they seem to be getting a bit better but still a long way to go (yes my first 3 were that terrible!!). TFL.
