I made these mini cupcakes for my mother's job for the Halloween holiday. The cupcakes are chocolate topped with butter creme frosting, chocolate sprinkles & assorted "bats, pumpkins, ghosts, skulls & Frankenstein" fondant designs. Enjoy!
