French vanilla cake topped with buttercream, all buttercream accents. I was terrified of the football, but overall it ended up ok. i usually work with fondant, so having to work with all buttercream was a challenge to me! Although i'm a HUGE UT fan, I like all florida teams ( i know wierd), so making this cake pleased me...
