This is the cake that I made for our work Halloween Potluck! The cake is made from bundt cake pans and in the centre of the cake was more cookie bits that tumbled out of the pumpkin's "stomach" when the cake was cut! The cake was a spice cake with rum flavoured fondant and buttercream. The cookies were sugar cookies with brown royal icing as I hate having to buy molasses!
