This was for my dd's 5th b-day. She loved it so much she told me she wished she could hug it! This is my first tiered cake. 2nd time covering cake with fondant. Bottom layer is 9x13 chocolate and vanilla. Top 6in orange cake with b/c under fondant. RI accents. The turrets are paper towel tubes with cake ice cream cones glued in with royal icing, covered in fondant. Tops of turrets are sugar cones with RI sprinkled with sanding sugar.
