This was the grooms cake to go along with my first ever wedding cake. The bride came up with idea on her own ... she wasn't even sure if it was do-able :-) I told her I had never seen or done caramel apple slices on a cake, but hey! why not! LOL The base cake is 10" with 6" top. The strawberries are dipped in both white & milk choco & the apple slices are dipped into a tub of caramel (from the grocery store) It was a HUGE hit at the weddign! :-)
