This is the cake I made for my 3 year old son for his birthday party. He LOVES, LOVES, LOVES Thomas the Train!! So, I decided to recreate Sodor Island in the fall seeing his birthday is in October. Both chocolate and strawberry flavored cakes, per my baby's request! Everything is edible with the exception of the train track, train, fence, and sticks to hold up the sign and candles.
