client wanted white tiered cake for funeral... so I had some sugar gardenias i bought on clearance and here ya go. I thought it came out nice. Not really sure what to do for a funeral. 12" and 6" stacked tiers. fondant covered, impression rolled the top tier and added sugar gardenias.
