I made this cake for my uncle for his 60th b-day. He's an avid fisherman. Made a 14"x3" round cake. Tarted cut an 8" circle out of the middle filled with chocolate mouse filling. Carved and rounded off covered in fondant. All parts of this cake are edible. Fish are cut out of white fondant painted. Even the rocks were edible though I bought them at the store. It was a HUGE hit!
