My 15 year old grandaughter, who is just learning to decorate cakes, and I baked and decorated this cake for her 1 year old little sister who is a special needs baby. We had fun and she learned a lot! Lemon top tier, vanilla bottom tier, buttercream icing, all fondant decorations. Tiara is gumpaste - my first one!!
