Mermaid
Mermaid cake for my niece's 4th birthday. The rock is chocolate cake and the base is fruit. All in royal icing and everything is edible, except for the doll. The shells are white chocolate covered in lustre dust. Thanks to ''newbie'' for the inspiration.

Lovely cake, what tip did you use for the scales?
the scales i just used the other end of a piping tip...it makes a great circle...
