this was my first attempt of a professional looking cake and so I went big by learning fondant recipe as well as doing a 3d mini cake. I used the wilton mini bear pan & cut it to resemble Elmo. also see the photo for 3d elmo on top of radio flyer that i did for the guests. i surprised myself!
