This is a simple butter cream sheet cake for my nieces birthday(no sale- free for family). The cake is dark chocolate with whoopee pie filling (torted for extra yumminess). The twinkle lights were the only special effect for the cake (blurry in the pick- but pretty). It was for a dark skating rink. The twinkle lights are those kids neon glow bits(the ones they chew) inserted in a straw after they are cracked. Worked better than I thought. Thanks for looking
