OMG! It has rained here for about 5 days straight almost non stop. The humidity is horrible and the buttercream melted like the Wicked Witch of the West on this sucker! I had to completely redo the top tier and the frosting wouldn't crust because of how hot the reception hall was. Finally I got it to look ok but I was wondering, do most of you put your buttercream cakes in the fridge?
