I learned from this cake....cover the board! .... I fixed all the bleeding by making more sand and sprinkling it over the entirwe board and between the lettering....the people didn't notice...yippee! :-) Cake is 4 layers with chocolate filling and all buttercream. The octopus and crab were of homemade fondant. I didn't like any part of this cake.
