This is a 40th anniversary cake I made for friends parents. Since red is the color for the 40th she wanted red roses on it. They wanted chocolate cake and chocolate frosting and at first I was unsure how the brown and red would look but I am really happy with how it turned out. The cake is iced in chocolate buttercream and the roses are MMF. My first time doing MMF roses!
