This was a birthday cake for a gentlemans 80th birthday. He is Colombian and his daughter thought it would be nice to incorporate all of the elements from the carnival back home. The cake is a round 14" vanilla cake with buttercream frosting. All of the decorations were made out of gumpaste including the mask. TFL.
