This cake i made for my dads birthday, its a chlocolate madira sponge coated in chocolate fudge butter icing, the outside is chocolate and coffee waffers & the mints are Foxes Glacier mints. my dad really likes his drink so the best part of it was seeing his face when he realised that it was actually a real beer bottle and he could actually have a drink with a piece of cake!... I sprincled some white icing sugar on the top of the cake so the ice looked abit more clear when put on top, the mints ontop of the cake also made the the cake taste like mint chocolate!!! :D
