So this is my first try at topsy turvy, I learned a lot! The cake is a vanilla pound cake, too heavy for anything but the bottom layer really-lesson one. The icing and filling are Rich's Bettercreme doctored with lemon curd-delish! The green swirls are buttercreme, vanilla. While the look is less than stellar, the taste is spectacular.
