This cake for for a friend of mine. It's designed after her favorite bar/hangout here in town. Lots of fun with this, but i think i would do things a little different next time! The ice cubes are gelatin, but the royal icing "drink" wasn't completely dried when I put them on, so they starting falling off the cake after i took the pic! thankfully I had enough time to fix it up before she picked it up.
