I made this for a couple who had a destination wedding, and wanted a cake for their BBQ celebration when they returned. top and bottom tier are WASC and middle is dark chocolate. Iced in BC and the sand is a mixture of crushed vanille wafers and light brown sugar. Flowers are made of MMF with tylose and shells are choclate. unfortunily this cake ended up as my first disaster cake. I think it was a combo of the very high humidity and warm weather that did it. When i arrived at the park to unload it the top tier had fallen off and the second was starting to go....luckly i brought all my supplies and i think i pulled it off ok, but was still pretty upset. the topper was made of MMF and royal icing.
