First time ever working with fondant. Yellow cake w/chocolate icing & black fondant. Decorated with red fondant writer "blood" & red fondant company logo for Girlie Fan + used a spatula to make 'quilt' pattern & added edible silver balls. I figured I'd take it from 'pretty' to sort of 'goth' in order to practice for the Halloween cakes I'll be making next month. I believe this would make a good cake design for both Valentine's day & Halloween.
