This was a cake for the 35th anniversary of an employee at our family business. I tried to reproduce a watch that is very personal to him; his father made the watch while attending watchmaker's school in Switzerland many years ago. Worked out pretty good for my first attempt at a carved cake. I wish now that I'd just done the top part out of all MMF instead of trying to cover cake, it made it a bit bulky. But the watch face turned out ok. Second pic is of the actual watch.
