I made this for our nephew's farwell party - he's an accountant moving to Bermuda. Cake is lemon poppyseed with caramel icing, tiki hut is Amazing Chocolate WASC with chocolate buttercream. Figure and accessories are fondant/gumpaste mix. Shells are white chocolate dusted with pearl dust. Sand is ground vanilla wafers. I had a tonne of fun making this cake!!
