8" WASC with chocolate filling.....WRAPPED in chocolate!!!!!!!!!! I finally found enough courage to try this and it worked great! It doesn't look perfect but no matter. That's what practice is for. I used freezer paper instead of acetate to wrap with (as mentioned by Sarsi) and it worked fine. TFL
