I was terrified to make this. I'd never done a princess castle before! Turned out ok though! The towers are made RKT and sugar ice cream cones. The rest is cake and fondant! The vines and flowers and white borders are royal icing. I had a hard time getting the sprinkles to stick to the royal icing though. I think i'll try butter cream next time!
