This was my first attempt at making a tree. The top came out wonderfully, the base crumbled upon construction. Came out more like a bush than a tree. Made all out of fondant with gum-tex mixed in, next time will use gum paste. Cake was marble with buttercream icing. Little girls favorite colors are pale blue and pale pink. Hopefully she loved it as much as her grandmother did.
