This is my first time making a cake for my dad (I've only been doing this for less then a year) so I wanted to do something extra special for his 60th birthday - he loved it! A BIG thanks to Cake Lady Cakes for the design inspiration and to Meomy for the topper inspiration, (all fondant with 50/50 fondant/gumpaste accents) this was a huge hit and I think my favorite cake to date :) The sign 'Ball hunter crossing' is a joke because my dad could find a golf ball in a snow storm!
