This was a 50th anniversary cake, I wanted to try something different so I tried placing gold bands on the cakes I made them out of fondant and spray painted them gold. I made the S that is on top of the cake out of fondant also, I like overall how the cake turned out but would like to improve the next time. The other thing I learned was and have known for a while is I wish when customers place a cake in an area they would look around to see what will be in the cake photos
