I made this Elmo cake for my daughter's 18 month celebration. It's a practice cake for her 2nd birthday. I need to use WAY more red dye next time-I used 1/2 a bottle of Wilton no taste red plus an entire container of strawberry crystal lite, and it still wasn't the shade of red I wanted. MMF eyes and nose. TFL!
