My first attempt at a topsy turvey and fondant. After it was too late I realized it should have been larger cakes built up on smaller, but it still looked sort of bright and funky, which was what my 13 year old granddaugter wanted. Might try the topsy turvy thing again, but I'm not a real fan of the fondant. It's too sweet and I haven't mastered working with it either.
