His Shower Cake

This was my brother in law's "shower" cake. The shower was a his and her shower. This one went with the green calla cake. His cake was chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream and rolled buttercream icing. trimmed with molded chocolates that I made. Could also be used as a grooms cake!

This is perfect. I want to make one like this for my husband for our anniversary and one in white for me. I saw them somewhere on this site. I will look on the Wilton site for directions. This is going into my favorites.

Looks fantastic! I am going to attempt to make this cake in a Prince Charlie Jacket Style (already made the pattern). My only problem is I wanted to do it in black fondant. Have you ever tried that? Thank you in advance for any tips - debscakeart@sympatico.ca

I really like this cake. Is there a pattern for cutting out the tux vest? If you have instructions, please email me at woodruff4@verizon.net
