5, 7, 9 & 11in rounds. Top and bottom were lemon cake with whipped dark chocolate ganache filling, and middle 2 cakes were chocolate fudge cake with lemon buttercream. Covered in ivory fondant with a combination of dark grey fondant cut-outs & royal icing piping on the sides. This cake was meant to be stencilled, but it was going to look so bad (the stencil was gapping from the cake in so many places), that I copied the stencil exactly with the cut-outs & piping instead! Topped with fresh roses.
