Cover a cupcake with an 18 tip. Place a mini cupcake (on it's side) on top. Pipe some icing for the snout in front of the mini cupcake. Cover the front of the mini like you did to the large cupcake. Use a small leaf tip to make the tongue. Cover the snout with the 18 tip. Start above the tongue and work towards the head. Add the eyeballs and nose. Put on eyebrows with the 18 tip.
