I made this for my daughter's 14th birthday. It was my first Topsy Turvy cake. Bottom layer, chocolate, with chocolate buttercream, middle layer, white velvet with buttercream, top layer caramel creme cake with buttercream frosting. MMF accents. The cake was a lot more work than I anticipated but I am happy with the final result. The fondant balls on the wire were too heavy to stay in place very well and the fondant& gumpaste letter "B" was way too heavy, will need to learn how to do that better for next time. Got lots of ideas from CC. Thank you to everyone for the inspiration! She loved it! TFL :)
