1/4 sheet with whipped icing! i recently learned a new technique for roses and this was my first attempt and i have to say i did a pretty good job! roses are not my specialty but with practice i know i will get better!!! i also sprinkled pearl dust on it, unfortunately a customer scared me and i dumped a crap load on one of the roses but hey can't always be perfect!!!
