This was for my daughter's 2nd birthday. She loves Rocket from The Little Einsteins. This was the first cake I carved. It was from 3 9" rounds. The boosters are RKT. The cake is covered in Satin Ice Red fondant with fondant accents and a red sucker for the top. Cake is WASC with buttercream filling.
