Bottom tier is a 2 layer 10" round covered in fondant feathers. The top tier is a 3 layer 6" round covered in fondant with buttercream dots and bottom ruffle border. The rose on top is gumpaste. This cake was pretty time consuming but very easy to make! I enjoyed it.
