Chocolate Petit Fours

Chocolate Petit Fours on Cake Central

I made these for work, they are Chocolate Raspberry Petit Fours infused with Raspberry Liqour and covered in Chocolate Ganache. I used a Chocolate Pound Cake recipe that I found in a cookbook from 1952, it worked out great and I used one bag of Wilton Candy Melts and 1/2 cup heavy cream for the ganache.
