Thanks for some wonderful inspiration from this site! I love the topsy turvy cakes, but haven't learned fondant yet, so I was excited to see a post of a topsy turvy cake done in butter cream. This has three layers to each level, iced and piped with butter cream icing made with the Wilton recipe. I am really happy with how this one turned out and will definately try it again!
